Cancellation Policy

BEARD JULES GROOMING CO. Booking & Client Policy Premium Beard Care. Real Results. To provide every client with a personalized, elevated grooming experience, please review our booking policies before scheduling. APPOINTMENTS & DEPOSITS All appointments must be booked online. A 50% deposit is required to reserve your appointment and will be applied toward your service total. Appointments are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received. CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice may result in the loss of your deposit and a new deposit being required to book. NO-SHOW POLICY No-shows will forfeit the deposit. Clients who repeatedly miss appointments may be required to prepay the full service amount before future appointments can be scheduled. LATE ARRIVALS Please arrive on time so we can provide your full grooming experience. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to have their service shortened, modified, or rescheduled. The original service price may still apply. SERVICE PREPARATION For the best results, please arrive with your beard reasonably clean and free from heavy oils, butters, styling products, or excessive buildup unless otherwise instructed. Please inform your grooming specialist of any known skin sensitivities, allergies, irritation, or current skin concerns before your service. SERVICE CUSTOMIZATION Every beard is different. Services may be customized based on beard density, length, texture, skin condition, and your desired result. Our goal is to provide appropriate professional grooming—not a one-size-fits-all service. PRODUCT RECOMMENDATIONS Personalized beard-care recommendations may be provided following your service. Recommended products are selected based on your beard and skin-care needs. CHILDREN & GUESTS Because Beard Jules Grooming Co. provides a personalized grooming environment, please limit additional guests whenever possible. Children must remain supervised at all times. PAYMENT The remaining balance is due at the time of service. We accept the payment methods listed during online booking.
